here are my thoughts on this one:
1. this was not an expression of love for another person but love for being in a relationship
2. love for another person means esteeming her for her qualities you see so clearly and appreciate
3. she needs to appreciate the same qualities in herself as well and love herself as well for the same qualities...otherwise she would only be using you for relationship kicks...
4. if a girl doesn't have number 3 she's not appreciating you and taking you for granted...how can she appreciate your love for her if she doesn't know why you love her...so she can appreciate that you love her...so that she can value you and respect you for giving her true love
5. you don't know why she loves you...how can you appreciate her love for you...you're just appreciating being in the pinkish fuzzy fog called "blind romantic love"
6. romantic love is not blind, blind romantic love is bullshit
7. you can't have true meaningful love until you love yourself for what you clearly see in yourself
8. how else can you appreciate a girl's true love for you? if you don't even know what she sees in you...she could just be pulling you along for stupid kicks
9. so get some self-respect, some self-love, some self-awareness
10. find a girl who you know well, a girl intelligent enough to understand you well and intelligent enough and self-aware enough and mature enough to understand herself and love herself
11. see her clearly for all her flaws and all her qualities and esteem her above all others and do this sincerely and with all your heart...
12. but make sure that she reciprocates...she sees YOU accurately and clearly and esteems you above all others for your qualities and she does this with all of her heart...
13. do what I say and you've got a successful marriage my friend!
